A Week In Paradise: Kos Island

A Week In Paradise: Kos Island

Two weeks after my holiday to Kos and my tan has already faded. But after a week spent in absolute paradise it's safe to say my memories of Kos definitely won't. Alex and I went for our first holiday together and stayed at Lakitira Suites, a five star resort on the South of the Island. Here are a few photos of our time there...

The first two days were spent chilling by the pool, drinking cocktails and winding down. The food was amazing and we definitely had our fill!

We explored the local beach on day three, the sand burning our toes in the 32 degree heat as we raced into the sea for a dip.

One of my holiday highlights was hiring a moped to explore the island on day four. A little bit hairy on the winding roads and we took a tumble on a hairpin bend... However we saw some incredible sights and discovered Paradise Beach, where we went parascending. The panoramic views of the island were breathtaking! We had a cold beer at a cute beachside cafรฉ before heading back the the apartment.

We dressed up for a posh evening meal (I had an octopus tentacle to start...Ooooh swanky) and went for a romantic sunset walk along the beach.

Day five was spent larking around in the pool doing Dirty Dancing lifts and such like... In the evening many Piรฑa Coladas were drunk ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜›

Alex was keen to go kayaking and so on day six we hit the beach again for more water-based activities before heading back to laze around the pool. We had an open air barbecue for dinner along with several strawberry daiquiris ๐Ÿ˜‹

We soaked up the sun in the morning on day seven before packing our bags and heading back to the airport. It's safe to say we didn't want to leave but we couldn't have wished for a more gorgeous holiday!

Thanks for reading lovelies ๐Ÿ˜˜

Bisous,

Georgia.
