For someone who much prefers the summer season to the cold, dark days of Winter, there's not much I love about the last few months of the year, with the exception of my birthday and Christmas of course! However, I can't deny that this time of the year is beautiful. The leaves all turn a gorgeous burnt orange colour, the mornings see frost settling on cobwebs, and despite the treacherous, slippery leaf mush that proves to be quite a hazard, Autumn is a great opportunity to get out and about and take in some lovely sights. I always try to make the most of the weather when it's dry at this time of year because it's so easy to become a little hermit and curl up with a movie marathon as soon as Autumn strikes. Get up, grab your coat and go for a gander outside! Recently, I went exploring in Bath and Bradford on Avon. It's easy to forget how a simple stroll around can be so enjoyable, but as they say, the best things in life are free! Take a look at some of these beautiful shots...
My green coat is from Zara - I love the big Eskimo hood as it's so cosy. It also detaches so that the coat can be worn without it, making it quite versatile. It cost me around £160 making it the most expensive piece of clothing I've ever bought. I considered it an investment!
