Bath Fashion Museum Trip

Bath Fashion Museum Trip

Happy Sunday everyone - I hope you've had a fab weekend. Today I visited the Bath Fashion Museum and had a right hoot dressing up in Victorian clothes.  Here are a few of my favourite pieces.    This purple dress is a Vivienne Westwood design that stood out amongst the display. I loved the dramatic clash of purple and red.

Due to refurbishment on the modern 20th and 21st century exhibitions, we kept it oldschool (literally), having a look at the Georgian and Victorian period outfits. The highlight of the day was the fancy-dress section. Here's a few snaps of my friend Adam and I channelling our inner Victorian style... WERK IT.

...yes for the most part I had to try on the children's clothes because I was too small. 😂🙈  We worked up an appetite after our hilarious museum stint, and got some lovely grub at The Boater, Bath.   All in all it was a great day out and I'll definitely be revisiting the museum when the modern exhibition is unveiled in mid March!

Bisous,

G.
