It was my sister's 21st birthday recently and so I headed up to the big smoke for a few glasses of bubbly and much celebration. Here's a lookbook of all of the outfits I wore over those few days.
I picked up these gorgeously chic culotte trousers from Urban Outfitters for £30 in the sale, the top is also UO and was only a tenner in the sale - bargain! Paired with my Missselfridge white and brown brogues this outfit looks chic and sophisticated whilst being comfy and cool - perfect for a few casual cocktails. This outfit would be a fab workwear go-to no doubt and I love the look with a bold red lip and a sleek ponytail.
The following day we headed off to the Ritz for afternoon tea, both for my sister's birthday and a joint graduation gift from our mum. Thus the dress code was taken up a notch with this beautiful yet simple Brandy Melville white dress. A classic red lip and tousled hair was the perfect pairing for this rather chic Ritz attire - the loose fit not only hangs beautifully due to the thick material but it also allowed me to have my fill of the gorgeous cakes and pastries without feeling restricted.
Again paired with my comfy brogues (due to a previous unfortunate blister catastrophe), I simply paired the dress with my ASOS leather jacket and the H&M tassel handbag I snapped up in Paris for around €25. A wander around the national portrait gallery followed by a meander around Westminster was a nice way to walk off our grub!
Gallavanting around London was certainly fun, but soon enough it was time to go home again for more birthday celebrations - this time with our family in Bath. My Friday evening was spent sipping Prosecco at The Tram Shed, before heading to the Hall & Woodhouse for more drinks, followed by munching this mouth-wateringly tasty meal at Côte Brasserie. The evening was completely divine and I wore my light pink Topshop blouse with some wet look leggings and sky high black wedge boots.
Ciao for now, and thanks for reading.
