Pretty 50's twist
Yesterday I went out for breakfast to a lovely local café called Merkins. They do a mean brekky and the interior decor is wonderfully cute, with bunting, quirky flamingo decorations and a cosy fire. I thought it would be fun to try out this 50's inspired hairstyle in light of the vintage-styled location and think it looks très très jolie! I simply curled my hair with my foam-rollers and chose this pretty pink square scarf to tie up in a knot. I love this vintage checker print crop top which really goes with the look! I kept my makeup to soft, rosy pinks using my Naked 3 eyeshadow palette, a gorgeous blusher by Bourjois in shade 16 Rose Coup de Foudre and my Topshop lippy in shade Innocent. The colour palette really makes my blue eyes pop! How completely adorable is the café!? Mmmm what a treat! Breakfast was delicieux. I'll definitely be revisiting the café and will be wearing this beautiful hairstyle more often too!
